Supercharging promising impact entrepreneurs
In partnership with We Make Change, our teams of consultants are using their skills to strategically support impact startups addressing challenges across the world.
Formed at the beginning of 2021, the partnership aims to leverage the wide ranging skills of our consultants to make social impact by supporting We Make Change Startups directly and through our clients. The Kinetic Change Programme 2023 builds on a successful programme last year.
About The Kinetic Change Programme 2023
The Kinetic Change Programme matches 4 impact startups with teams of our consultants who have the skills they need to grow their impact. The programme kicked off with a Change Day, an online volunteering event where we first connected with the impact entrepreneurs.
While the startups get support with everything from Finance & Operations to Marketing & Sales; our consultants get to learn about the challenges they address, develop their skills, and make real impact.
Our teams will provide ongoing support to the impact entrepreneurs throughout the year, with everyone coming together for quarterly check-in calls to show progress. The programme will end with a Celebration Day with the impact startups to showcase the impact they have made.
The Impact Startups being supercharged
🇺🇸 Aseel enables anyone to buy handmade products from local artisans and support people affected by humanitarian or natural crises.
🇬🇧 Electrek Explorer help tackle the climate crisis by incentivising low carbon electric vehicle (EV) travel and nature tourism.
🇬🇧 Reewild equip businesses with the means to evaluate and communicate the emissions of their products.
🇫🇮 Woamy have created a bio-based, recyclable and biodegradable foam.
We will be sharing stories of the impact made through the Kinetic Change Programme over the coming year.

These Change Days are the most wonderful expression of why we created and built Kinetic together.
