Meet Will

Will founded Kinetic in 2009 after a career that took him from the British Army to Procter & Gamble where he finished as Global HR Director of a standalone business with 7,000 employees across 50 countries. That combination shaped his belief that strategy is only as good as its execution and that leadership is what makes the difference.

He founded Kinetic with a clear purpose: to do work that leaves a positive footprint on the people and organisations it touches. In 16 years he has worked with more than 70 clients across sectors and sizes, across the full Kinetic portfolio, from corporate strategy to leadership development.
