Feasible Plan

We designed a pilot program to test an innovative ideation approach that could be scaled across the company. The process began with clearly defined success criteria and challenge parameters. We assembled a cross-functional team and equipped them with an online platform containing educational resources and inspirational content. Once live, the AI-enabled platform sparked remarkable results, engaging participants from across the organisation to generate a diverse portfolio of ideas in just two weeks.

Capability to Deliver

The gamified approach drove unprecedented engagement (generating 123 innovative ideas and 79 concepts), while anonymity fostered candid sharing and creative risk-taking. Notably, some of our most valuable contributions came from team members who had never participated in traditional ideation sessions. Beyond delivering breakthrough ideas, the project demonstrated how AI tools could enhance the innovation process, setting a new standard for collaborative ideation.
