Experience
Kari has 25+ years of experience as a leadership consultant, executive coach, instructional designer, facilitator and experiential learning conductor.
Prior to joining Kinetic, Kari worked as an independent consultant and coach with leading global organisations increasing leadership effectiveness, development, and engagement.
Kari also spent many years as a leader in large consulting organisations such as PwC and has won awards for her development and delivery of global leadership transformation programmes.
She is a PCC certified executive coach and is certified in many psychometric instruments including Hogan and Leadership Circle.
