Our Assessment Boards combine cognitive and practical leadership tasks to simulate real-life leadership challenges. Participants lead teams, work without a designated leader and make decisions under deliberate pressure. We see how they set direction, bring a team together and draw out the contribution of each individual and whether their character holds when it counts.
Each board is designed to identify individual leadership potential and the areas each participant should focus on next. As with our Leadership Development offer, we cover the full spectrum of leadership, from graduate hires and first-time managers to future CEOs and tailor every board to the competencies your business needs.
Participants receive direct, honest feedback and leave with a personal development plan. You receive clear reporting against agreed competencies and peer benchmarks, which gives you a robust basis for succession planning and confident decisions about future roles. Where it helps, we also train your own business and HR leaders to assess alongside us.
