We linked daily operational activities to the chosen strategic priorities and reduced workload from other activities and built actionable pipeline views, weekly process of management to progress, alongside sales capability and confidence to engage with corporate clients. We then created a clear brand equity and communication plan with priority on well-defined corporate profiles and consumer personas.
