Mauricio spent 27 years inside some of the world’s largest consumer businesses – Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Mead Johnson, Ontex and Helen of Troy – running P&Ls, leading transformations and taking brands across markets on five continents. He has negotiated and integrated acquisitions from the first conversation to the final handover. At Kinetic he brings that depth of experience to organisations navigating their own moments of significant change.
