Experience
Mauricio has more than 30 years of Senior Line Management experience in operational and strategic roles for leading blue chip organisations such as Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Mead Johnson, Helen of Troy and Ontex. He’s also been consulting on Strategy and Transformation for over 3 years.
Mauricio has held Global, Regional and Country specific P&L and Innovation roles across the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia with expertise that spans multiple FMCG categories. These include Beauty, Personal Care, Paper, Diapers and OTC meds, as well as consulting for clients in Supply Chain, Technology and Home appliances. He has also led M&A all the way from negotiation, due diligence and TSA to integration of the new company.
Mauricio has lived and worked in 8 different countries across North America (USA), Latin America and Europe.
