Experience
Since founding Kinetic in 2009, Will has worked with more than 70 clients, across industry sectors, from multinational corporations / organisations to SMEs and Social Enterprises.
Will‘s international Leadership experience spans more than 30 years in Consulting, Corporate and Military contexts. Kinetic’s ‘Vision into Action’ approach directly reflects Strategy and Leadership insights gained in some of the world’s most admired organisations: Procter & Gamble and the British Army.
His last role before founding Kinetic was as Global HR Director P&G Salon Professional, a stand-alone business with 7,000 employees in 50 countries.
